Bus 444: shuttle from Dobbiaco to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo
The 444 shuttle bus connects Dobbiaco (Toblach) with the Rifugio Auronzo (Auronzohütte) at the foot of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Drei Zinnen). The line starts at Dobbiaco bus station, stops at Dobbiaco railway station and runs through the Val di Landro past Lago di Dobbiaco (Toblacher See), the Tre Cime viewpoint stop and Lago di Landro (Dürrensee). From the Misurina junction it climbs the toll road up to the Rifugio Auronzo at 2,320 m.
The Rifugio Auronzo is the starting point of the loop hike around the Tre Cime, one of the most popular walks in the Dolomites. To continue from Dobbiaco towards Cortina d'Ampezzo, take line 445. For Lago di Braies (Pragser Wildsee), line 442 leaves from Dobbiaco. Dobbiaco can be reached from the Val Pusteria and from Brunico by the Val Pusteria railway.
